The total population of Escorial sheep in the world is 46,000, compared to 40 million merino sheep in Australia alone. Escorial wools are known for their cashmere-softness owing to their long, fine fibres, and superior drape and resilience thanks to their naturally highly crimped yarns - all adding up to quite an exquisite necktie. 

This lightly lined, self-tie bow tie in Escorial wool is presented in a classic tonal grey glencheck with a fairly large scale. Great with business suits in navy, and equally handsome with a brown or green sport jacket.

* As the fabric is textured, which makes the tying process challenging, this calls for an experienced bow tie wearer.
