The total population of Escorial sheep in the world is 46,000, compared to 40 million merino sheep in Australia alone. Escorial wools are known for their cashmere-softness owing to their long, fine fibres, and superior drape and resilience thanks to their naturally highly crimped yarns - all adding up to quite an exquisite necktie.  

This lightly lined, four-fold tie in Escorial wool is woven with an intriguing variety of grey and brown yarns, giving an almost micro houndstooth-like appearance. Pairs very well with blues, but works equally great with anything from charcoal to green-toned jackets too.
